On 12th Dec, two MCC Managing staffs from M.D. office in Nigeria came to China for their training in culture, history, communication, factory and project visit and team-work. HR department arranged the training in Beijing office and our OEM Shipyard in Wuhan.

This exchange and training enhanced mutual understanding of domestic and foreign colleagues in cooperation. We all believe that it will play an active role for working with each other in the future.
