The Xinjiang Oilfield Company in Karamay went through an inspection by the Ministry of Land and Resources (MLR) regarding its oil reserves database and light tight oil exploration on Oct 26-27.

After checking the information management system, software system design and software functions of Xinjiang Oilfield Company's oil and gas reserves database, the MLR inspection team praised that the company was in a leading position in establishing a sound information system and data management in China.
